We have lived at our starfish property for just over a year now and are planning on staying for another year. We have had a fantastic experience with Starfish Properties and would highly recommend to any other students looking for houses near to university. Communication has always been prompt and efficient, with any questions or concerns being addressed quickly. Whenever we've raised any issues, they’ve always been resolved without delay, which makes living here stress-free.

Repairs and maintenance are handled exceptionally well, any problems that have been encountered have been fixed swiftly and with good communication to when they are occurring . The house itself is lovely and located in a great area, making it even more of a pleasure to live here. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend to anyone!

2022/2024, Laurence was my landlord for 2 years, after I decided to stay on for an extra year and do a Masters, throughout that time, he reacted really quickly to any maintenance issues we had, and was a far better landlord than our previous landlord. Thank you Laurence"
